Isn't Ricci's just a flooring store?
No. Ricci's Home Improvement does A LOT MORE than just flooring. We do custom kitchen and bathroom designing as well as remodeling. Whether it be additions, decks, porches, roofing, siding, etc. Here at Ricci's we stay competitive with up to date products and pricing. Are you wholesale or retail?
Our company receives its flooring and other items from wholesale companies. We are an independent retail and installation company. We also do remodeling as well as painting for home improvement. We are NOT just a flooring company even though it is what we are dominantly known as.
How long do I wait for an item to come in?
Purchasing any type of flooring from us, traditionally takes about a week to come in for installation. When a purchaser orders flooring, about a week later we will get the shipment. After the shipment comes in, we immediately notify the consumer and make engagements for installation. Other items such as doors, windows, cabinets, etc may have a longer wait period depending on& what the customer wants. We work with our customers to help aid in the best possible flooring possible.
What if what I like in the showroom, isn't what I expected when its home?
At Ricci's we encourage all customers to come to our store and to choose an item from the selection we have available. We always encourage customers to take home samples of any of the flooring/counter tops/cabinets, etc. we have available. By taking home a sample, the consumer can get a better perception of how the actual choice they have will fit into their home. We also have products that may not be physically here in the showroom, by have neighboring suppliers that have larger showrooms with our products that we'd advise you to see if necessary.

Ricci's Home Improvement is an expanding store. With more hours and more employees it will soon be hard to not be able to find a time to walk into the nearest store near you. If the circumstance of hours becomes an issue for any consumer, we at Ricci's will help work out an arrangement so that it is more accommodating to you. How durable and reliable are the products or installation?
Ricci's Home Improvement only uses products from well known manufacturers who stand by their products with warranties. As installers Ricci's stand by it's work and is always available to our consumers who may come across any issues and will resolve them in a timely manner. Even if we had done work for you years ago, we are more than willing to suit the needs for any client. If you are not 100% satisfied, we are not 100% complete with your job.
What is the average warranty on products?
Every piece of product line has an individual warranty based on on style and selection. With each brand name we carry there are specific styles and makes which entails its own warranty. Every product carried has a warranty.
How many locations do you have?
At the moment we are currently ONLY open here in Plantsville which is literally between Cheshire and Southington on Route Ten. We had closed down our second location in Cheshire, because we have so many wonderful products in our showroom and had a very difficult time giving our customers a good sense of all we had available in a smaller store. Please stop down at our showroom on route ten and see for yourself all we have to offer.
What if down the road I have any problems with my job?
If some issues present themselves or you are unhappy in any way in the job done by us, please call Ricci's Home Improvement and we will make sure to take care of your needs. If for any reasons far down the road you feel some dissatisfaction with any job we had done for you, we will accommodate your needs.
Does all Ricci's sell is flooring?
No, however, we are commonly known as a flooring store and installation, we do NOT just deal with flooring. Here at Ricci's Flooring we do Home Improvement as well as remodeling. We can accommodate almost any if not all home improvement and remodeling needs that you may feel needed.
How expensive are Ricci's services or products?
We accommodate almost any budget with our vast product lines. Whether its flooring, home improvements, or remodeling, we have endless choices that range in grade and price rang to suit any budget. We are more then welcome to sit down and work with your needs to accompany you in your dream home.
