| | Our company receives its flooring from wholesale companies. We are an independent retail and installation company. We also do remodeling as well as painting for home improvement. We are NOT just a flooring company even though it is what we are dominantly known as. |

| 2. | How long do I wait for flooring to come in? |
| | Purchasing any type of flooring from us, traditionally takes about a week to come in for installation. When a purchaser orders flooring, about a week later we will get the shipment. After the shipment comes in, we immediatly notify the consumer and make engagements for installtion. We work with our customers to help aid in the best possible flooring possible. |

| 3. | What if the flooring I choose in the store, doesn't work in my home? |
| | At Ricci's Flooring we encourage all customers to come to one of stores and to choose a flooring from the selection we have available. We always encourage customers to take home samples of any of the flooring we have available. By taking home a sample, the consumer can get a better perception of how the actual choice they have will fit into their home. |

| | Ricci's Flooring is an expanding store. With more hours and more employees it will soon be hard to not be able to find a time to walk into the nearest store near you. If the circumstance of hours becomes an issue for any consumer, we at Ricci's will help work out an arrangement so that it is more accomadating to you. | | Simply YES. All of the flooring we have here at Ricci's, is the best flooring a purchaser can get. Every piece of flooring depending upon its maker has warrenties to assure a beautiful, long lasting floor. |

| | Every piece of flooring has an individual warrenty based on on style and selection. With each brand name we carry is a specefic style and make which entails its own warrenty. Every product carried has a warrenty. |

| | As of right now, yes. They are both conviently located off of route ten in both Cheshire and Southington. They are both easy to find because they are both off a major and commonly well known road. |

| | If some issues present themselves or any disatisfaction in the flooring please call a Ricci's Flooring closest to you and will make sure to take care of your needs. If for any reasons far down the road you feel there are lumps, lifts, or bumps in any flooring installed by us, we will accomadate your needs. |

| | No, however, we are commonly known as a flooring store and installation, we do NOT just deal with flooring. Here at Ricci's Flooring we do Home Improvement as well as remodeling. We can accomdate almost any if not all home improvement and remodeling needs that you may feel needed. |

| | Flooring cost vary depending on selection and brand that a consumer may purchase. Also, flooring depends heavily on how much floor is needed which can be figured out by a free quote by a Ricci's certified empolyee, etc. |
